Me and my partner had to cut our holiday short due to his mother passing away suddenly. We contacted Broadway, and they informed us that they would refund the 4 days accommodation and the flight home that weren't used. It has now been 5 weeks, and Broadway have refused to refund, and now we are out of pocket for something which was beyond our control. The customer service is awful, and once they have your cash, they don't care. I would advise to give this company a wide berth, and take your money somewhere else.
